We’ve made strong progress in the past year.

Together with my Diagnosis, we’re helping millions of older, poor families to be healthy and having secure lives.

Health and care systems around the world have responded inadequately to the changing needs of older populations. Many older people worldwide are living with more than one chronic health condition, and this can lead to the need for support with daily living in their later years. 

We worked with network members and other partners to deliver health and care services and health education.
